VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING COMMITTEES

Data Base Committee - Find and keep track of all class lists. Update names, addresses, email address and phone numbers. Also, keep up with resgistered attendees.
Clean-up Committee - Organize an effective cleaning program at all locations.
Printing Committee - Search for best printing costs. Submit items to be printed. Pickup printed materials. Items to include but not limited to: name tags, notes,letters, ticket stubs, laminations.
Donations & Contributions Commitee- Seek out donations to be used as prizes and funds for future reunion events from area businesses and will report to the main Adverstising Committee.
Adverstising Committee - Develop creative ideas to advertise Pine Bush and other local businesses either during recruitment, registeration or the event.
Photo Committee - Research and find photographer for the event. Photographer will setup and photo at each location with different theme for fundraiser for next reunions.
Raffle Committee - Research and obtain gifts and prizes to fund future reunion events.
